Accidental Liquid Damage Plan

Covers liquid damage within manufacturer warranty period.

  • Liquid damage from sudden, unintentional incidents is covered.
  • Repairs are covered up to the original invoice value of the device.
  • Only genuine spare parts are used.
  • Standard repair promise of up to 7-15 working days.
  • If the device cannot be repaired, fair market value (FMV) is paid to you.
  • All spare part and component charges related to liquid damage are covered; zero labour cost.
  • Plan validity: 1 year from device purchase date.
  • Processing fee: up to ₹1,000 for devices below ₹50,000 invoice, up to ₹1,500 for devices above ₹50,000 at the time of claim.

Coverage period: Coverage is active for liquid damage incidents that occur while your device is still under its manufacturer warranty.

FMV for non‑repairable devices: For devices purchased 0–180 days ago, FMV is 75% of the balance sum assured. For devices 181–365 days from purchase, FMV is 50% of the balance sum assured.

What is not covered: Intentional damage, cosmetic issues only, pre‑existing defects or devices with missing serial/IMEI numbers are excluded.

Extended Warranty Plan

Extends your manufacturer warranty for 1 more year.

  • Starts immediately after the brand’s standard warranty ends.
  • Covers electrical & mechanical breakdown as per OEM warranty.
  • Repairs covered up to invoice value using genuine parts.
  • Plastic parts and batteries are excluded as per OEM policy.
  • 10 working days repair promise under the plan.
  • If the device cannot be repaired, FMV is paid at 40% of device value.
  • Service & spare charges from covered issues are included; liquid & physical damage are excluded.
  • Plan validity: 1 year of extended coverage.

Coverage period: Activation begins the day after your manufacturer warranty expires and continues for 12 months.

Breakdown cover: Any electrical or mechanical failure that would have been covered in‑warranty by the brand is covered under this plan, subject to policy terms.

Not covered: Accidental drops, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, accessories, data loss and consumables such as tempered glass and cases.
